Winnipeg gets a 26 year old defenseman who has been playing well for a young defenseman. Clitsome has 14 points in 51 games while on the struggling Columbus team. Clitsome's age and skill should be great for the Winnipeg blueline as they continue to push to make the playoffs. The addition of Clitsome was what most likely allowed Winnipeg to pull the trigger on the Oduya deal as Clitsome should be an easy replacement. Clitsome's contract is 1.25mil for this season and the next season (2012-13).
