Dumoulin Inked

Brian Dumoulin has Inked a 3 year Entry Level Contract with The Carolina Hurricanes.

Dumoulin has just finished his third season with Boston College. During his rookie season Dumoulin quickly proved his worth scoring 1 goal and 21 assists for 22 points with 16 penalty minutes in 42 games. He would expand on this trend in his sophomore season recording 3 goals and 30 assists for 33 point with only 6 penalty minutes in 37 games. Last season Dumoulin dipped slightly scoring 7 goals and recording 21 assists for 28 points and 26 penalty minutes in 44 games before taking Boston College to the NCAA Championships and eventually beating the Bulldogs to take the NCAA Championship.

Dumoulin is already rather large at 6-foot-3, 200 pounds, but expect him to build even more. Dumoulin has great puck ability and a great shot. Dumoulin was one of if not the best defenseman in college hockey this season helping his team win multiple NCAA Championships. With more development Dumoulin will become a top pair defenseman.
